Leather goods are not fragile goods and we also carefully pack our products. But if there is something wrong with your order, please contact me.
* If the postal service loses the parcel I guarantee to refund.
* If the postal service breaks down the parcel please take pictures of the act and send me. On the basis of a copy of act I brought back money or will send new item.
* If the parcel is delivered to your post office and you don’t pick it up, the parcel will be sent back to the shipper, and you will get return of 70% of the order total cost after the parcel is received by the shipper.
* If returns or exchanges are made at the buyer’s request and not through the seller’s fault, the buyer pays all postage.
The search for parcels will not start if it has been less than 30 days from the date of delivery.
If the results of the search parcel is not found, I will refund your money in full.
IF THE PARCEL IS BEING DELIVERED FOR A LONG TIME
We start looking for the parcel if, according to its tracking number, its location is not changed within 14 days.
We will write an inquiry for search, according to the law, the Post Service can answer the inquiry from 30 till 40 days. For this period of time, the parcel will be either found and delivered, or recognized as lost.
If the parcel is recognized as lost, you will get the 100% compensation of the sum of the order.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, following this conditions:
— in order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with the reason of the return.
— upon accepting return conditions, ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
— all items are custom made and made to order upon receiving order.
— we do not accept order cancelations.

— once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping costs and additional customs and tax charges are alwaysand entirely your responsibility. Refunds of the item price and shipping charges will not be accepted by me if you refuse to pay customs fees or additional taxes upon receipt! In the event that you do not have time to receive the parcel within the time limits set by the delivery service
and it will return to me, the payment forre-delivery is also your responsibility.
