We gladly accept returns and exchanges, following this conditions:
– In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with the reason of the return.
– Upon accepting return conditions, Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
– All items are custom made and made to order upon receiving order.
– We do not accept order cancelations.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.
– We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
– The package should be sent back with UPS service

REFUNDS
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment -(PayPal), within 24 hours.
The initial shipping cost is non refundable and will be automatically deducted from the refund.
– We do not accept order cancelations.
EXCHANGES
